APPLIES ONLY TO PURCHASES MADE FROM TENBA ON THIS SITE* *IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR TENBA PRODUCT FROM A DEALER, PLEASE CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY TO INQUIRE ABOUT THEIR RETURN POLICY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF PURCHASES MADE FROM OTHER SOURCES. 

Tenba prides itself on unparalleled customer service. Our goal is to make sure the photographers and filmmakers who share our passion are completely satisfied. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. We have extended our return window to 60 days to return your merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. Please include a copy of the packing list, a note explaining the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange of equal value or to be credited (excluding shipping). In the event you feel there is a manufacturing error, please contact the Service Department at service@tenba.com and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Return Process 

While there is no restocking fee for your return, you are responsible for any costs associated with shipping your return to us. To return an item please fill out the form below, place the item in its original packaging with a copy of the receipt and mail your item to the following address:
